You let your fear come out and slam you in the balls like a 2 ton wrecking ball! hang your head and let mr company man talk you into feeling guilty for thinking your worth something instead of holding your ground. So, is it PRIDE? or FEAR? Either way you apologize for your outburst go back to work harder than ever hoping to make mr company man forget you ever stood up for yourself. While he is walking away smiling because he diverted yet another situation and got a veteran employee to work even harder and feel like he is really not that great or valuable. Mean while your pride is trying to justify in your head why you didn't hold your ground. 11 yrs an industry sliding down hill and what has changed?
I deleted the last post at my wifes request because i posted my name and she was afraid I would no longer get descent work in this field but you know what?so be it.I have NEVER been afraid to voice my opinion and i refuse to start now.It is also not the first time I left a company because I stood up for myself and anyone who knows me also knows this. they also know I would stand by them without hesitation. So when you reply to this post you can reply to me by name: Carl Shane and lets see how much you are willing to stand by yours. you wanna be taken seriously? then lets see your name!BRING IT,STAND WITHOUT FEAR!
