TW has a new Construction Manager there named Ron Dillion. He's a good guy and will do in his power to make it work there for his contractors. Columbia doesn't have them by the neck anymore. This was the main reason for so many groups were coming and going. They have put the I-95 split back in which will make things smooth again like it was when I was managing for Winn Caribe from 2000 to 2003. Good luck to whomever gets to work there.
