I cant say that anyone got 20 hr OT. It was just an example. I was comparing the figures to the guy that said he works 60hrs at piece with no OT. I was just comparing using his numbers, nothing else.

Although you bring up a very good point. You said as a represented employee you wouldnt be called in for certain projects that required OT. Probably because contracors labor was cheaper. OT also calls for mnagement to be more profeccient when its comes to use of the work force.
