Beware PEC Communications

Just a friendly word of advice I worked for Tony at PEC Communications/NetcomSatellites pay was supposed to be three weeks out. when first paycheck was due he stopped accepting my calls now when I block my number he will answer until he finds out who it is and then pretend he can't hear anything. Just wanted to let everyone know. Also if anyone has any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.
