The whole reason your employer pulled this on you is that the worker's comp folks told them their insurance rates were going to go up if they didn't get you off the injured list. Once you are back at work just be sure to watch your back. All too often an employer will go out of their way to find any possible excuse to get rid of any worker who was injured and caused their W.C. premiums to rise.
