You are mistaken. This is a private site and there is no law that says you can post any bad thing about anybody on it. The site owner allows almost anyone to post his firsthand experience about any company so long as it is on a professional level. That is a fair system to both sides. The other side gets a chance to respond and maybe clear up the problem. So there is already a list of companies, it's called "Search".
