Just as sceptor states , go to DBMV Solutions Drop down menus . click on Navigate , and on the drop down menu , click on Post New Discussion . If you are using top and bottom ( split screen ) , you will see a change occur in the bottom . Read all the information , which completely describe the whole process . You will see other little selection boxes and expand/scroll arrows which will assist you in making your choices . For instance , to choose the Category - General . just click it in the list . To change to a different Category prior to posting , just click on a different Category from the list . ( this move will begin a new post ) . Good luck !
