Yes those are the changes DTV has planned but not all are for this year, many of them are actually for next year (2007). And I wouldn't count on them being as on track as they wish, you have to remeber it is not unusual for them to push release dates back as they have often done with equipment. All depends on more new sats being launched successfully and equipment manufacturers having their production on schedule.
