God bless you and your family. An injury like that is very hard on a family. I wish you both the best of luck and will keep you in my prayers. Keep us posted. I know a guy who feel off a ladder about six months ago, and he is back at work operating a Condor as a Electrician so ther is hope. Keep the faith and PM me if you have any questions. Make sure you get the paperwork going for disbillity, it takes a while to get it, and you will need it to get by while he recovers. Good Luck!
