If someone is back charging you 10 dollars they are wrong. I hear it is 5 a receiver..They are allowing 40% not to be connected ..i.e. homes with cell phones , cabins, big boats etc. So if you fall off the 60 percent connected they will back charge. Get yourself a role of phone wire and some phone crimpers and run that bugger down the hall and around the corner, tell them to keep it plugged in for 3 days then remove it..I would spend one dollar on materials to prevent this from being a charge back potential.
