Two motorcycle accidents with injuries or fatalities have been reported so far during Daytona Bike Week. In both of them, cage drivers were at fault. A motorcycle was stopped at a traffic light in one, and a cage passed a motorycle and cut back in too quick in the other. After the first cage knocked the motorcycle down, an SUV that was most likely following too close, ran over the biker in order to avoid hitting the bike.
