Chatsworth is my hometown, and it is a very expensive area, I don't do satellite anymore, but I am sure that the installers come from Canoga Park or San Fernando. I don't think they could afford to live in Chatsworth, which is a shame because Installers work very hard with the exception of the type you mentioned who throw stuff on the roof and call it in as active. I think the guys in the field are truly the hardest working guys in the business
