motorola sbv-5120 cable modem info

any one had the 5120 modem rebout on its own change out like 3 of the same modem at a cutumer home.everythink is new drop ground block.tap level is goodi did a configuration manager at urfboard it dois erro code not sure what it mean.any info helps thanks
