Do your homework before working for anybody. You'll be amazed at what you can find out about a person including where their kids go to school, their creditors, their banks, judgements, liens, real home address, etc.
My deal is simple. I have enough funds in the bank to bail me out and pay for a really good attorney if the need arises. You try and screw me, and I'll take an axe handle to various parts of your anatomy when nobody is watching. It's real hard trying to descibe to the police who did this to you when all you can do is drool and make funny noises.
