HEY cableboy86 if you would read my post you would see that i go out every day and check on jobs my guys are doing that day,and as far as being a theif wouldnt that tech fall in that group cause he came abord knowing exactly how the jobs are to be put in and if chosses not to then he needs to pay the price for being a hackso as far as im concernd he has a week to get back to those jobs and fix them and at that point if he dont then the job gets fixed by me and i dont pay him
