Correction.....103 is up as a beacon only. 99 is not active and is not up. You should be able to read that 103 is okay, but remember you will not see that reading anyway you try, until first of all, you let the receiver take the download or force the download by entering 02468 and select. It will then read that 103 is okay...and then you SHOULD have 99 when it goes up and is active.
