Work by volume. They didn't or couldn't pay for a reason.
Give them a warning they will be shut off if they don't pay on your return in 2 to 3 days, you will be forced by the company to shut them off. Reiitterate that you are just doing your job and appologize. But once they get shut off, miraculously the money comes available.
If you have time, see if you can get an actice subscriber sheet (audit or street sheet) from the company and see if they mind that you use this to do audits on illegals. If you find people illegally hooked up, hit them up the same way as above, but stress when you return, that that residence was marked as an unauthorized viewer and the authorities have been notified. (Even if you don't). Tip is to cut the fitting off and put a dab of silicone on the end to protect from moisture.
You are not thewre to sell the product. They know it. Just be appologetic and compasionate initially but firm on your return. Plus being efficient on your routing and scheduling should bump your numbers and averages up as well as your pay.
