Just another question? What are they doing for electricity there? If they are having an electrician put an outlet in the same area, guarantee he'll want to cut holes and they don't patch them up.
Also, check your clearances behing the LCD, you might have to use a 90 degree rg6 fitting adapter or a wallplate without a barrel, just the cable going through the hole.
