Crap Network did the same to me on many occasions, So I told them to send one of their techs to do it for free. But, since they have no company installers they of course couldnt send anyone. I then told the customer they could wash & wax & vacuum my work truck while I was doin the wallfish, or come over & mow my grass for free. The customer said no & I said "What? you dont work for free? Why would you expect me to?" They eventually ended up allowing me to come in from outside wall & staple the line up & down a few doorways!!!!
