Re: DirecTV's lease ONLY plan

FCC guidelines covers dishes less than one meter (33"). Think it is actually one "square meter" total area because you can have a dish like Directway which is much wider than 33" but only 15"-18" tall (much like the old Primestar dishes). This new Ka/Ku dish falls within those guidelines.
