Neither Scott or Aaron "screwed" anyone. Hybrid and Prince tried to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Yes, there were problems, as you would expect with migrating 24 techs as well as admin and dispatch staffs overnight from one company to another, however, to say that anyone got "screwed" is a gross misstatement.
Scott, Aaron, and John A. were all striving to provide jobs for every tech and admin staff that Prince had that wanted to stay in Baltimore and they did an incredible job considering the time constraints we all faced.
Hybrid was indeed short providing trucks but we sent enough trucks out of NC and NJ this weekend to cover any techs who needed vehicles. John Kuhn was even gracious enough to let Hybrid roll the Prince trucks an additional day. Everyone worked hard to pull this together.
Scott Gruff, John Ash, and Aaron Desmarais are of the highest character and integrity and all sincerely stressed out each day of this transition hoping for the perfect result; it didn't happen that way.
The two offices are currently in transition but the bottom line is this: each employee of Prince Telecom that wanted a position and desired to stay in Baltimore with Hybrid Networks got exactly that with NO pay cuts. Anyone who wanted to remain with Prince was offered an option to relocate to other systems.
I don't see the screwing.
