ALLdepends on who you go to work for in house pay is less but of course they offer use of their truck and benifits,on the contracting side it does pay more but then you look at the chances of going on the road which is what i do on the road again and home is where my head lays. if you go out on the road be prepaird for a heavy work load every day cause thats the only reason to go is to work my guys that travel on the road take home 1500-2000 after their hotel and fuel,by the way bring your grill
