Now there are plenty of companies like that, now I will promise you that there are companies that pay like Star Comm. Star comm pays more like a split of 60/40 70/30 with the INSTALLER getting the bigger percentage. Our managers are installers along with the owner who still goes door to door. There are companies out there like ours who do care, but when DTV and Dish cut pay, what can you do? Charter did the same and we left them for satellite. Dont assume every companie takes at least the majority, we dont and we pay high ad we expect good work for it, but we expect our providers to pay high as well.[/quote]You have your Managers doing installs? What kind of Managers are they? I would hope that they are not big wig Managers who actually run the company. I would hope that they were something along the lines of a Field Manager or a Field Ops.
