He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 1992 to June 22, 1994. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Caudill was the President of Teletronics Technologies, Inc., a telecommunications engineering, maintenance and installation company located in Lexington, Kentucky.

Mr. Caudill has over 30 years of significant Telecom Operational and Management experience primarily in Central Office Engineering and Installation, the construction of Broadband Networks, Network Integration, Structured Cabling and Switching Equipment Installations, LAN/WAN applications and Technician staffing and training. Mr. Caudill has successfully started and managed serveal public and private telecommunications companies since starting his career in the Central Office division of GTE. During 1992, Mr. Caudill founded Able Telecom("Able"); a holding company consisting of approximately ten subsidiaries that provided diversitfied telecommunciations services throughout Latin America and the United States, including the construction of Boradband Networks, Conetral Office Installations and Network Integration. Mr. Caudill served as President and CEO of Able from 1992-1994 and during his tenure; Able grew to over 700 employees with record revenue and earnings growth, making Florida Trend Magazine's number one top earnings growth company for 1993. Able became publicly traded on NASDAQ-NMS during 1993, trading to over $15 per share and continued to grwo to revenues that exceeded $400,000,000.00. During 1994, Mr. Caudill stepped down as CEO of Able, but remained as a director and consultant tot the industry advising numerous private telecom companies in growth strategies, acquistions and financing.
Daniel L. Osborne (43), Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Osborne was a co-founder of Able and served as its CFO from 1992-1997. During his tenure, Mr. Osborne participated in evaluating, negotiating and financing numerous acquistion candiates, including negotiating credit and private placement agreements. Mr. Osborne was also instrument in defining Able's corporate strategy, organization structure and financial controls. Prior to joining Able, Mr. Osborne was an Operations Analyst for BTR, Inc. ("BTR"), a $9 billion manufacturing conglomerate. While at BTR, Mr. Osborne responsilbe for the financial and operational controls for a portfolio of over 60 operating subsidiaries located in diligence for numerious acquistions. Mr. Osborne started his career with Arhtur Anderson, LLP. Mr. Osborne is a CPA and licensed attorney practicing corporate and securities law. Mr. Osborne also serves as an adjunct professor in the Master of Business administration program at Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Osborne graduated cum laude, with a BA from the University of Georgia and graduated cum laude, with a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
J. David Giesy (44), Vice President - Broadband Construction
Mr. Giesy has nearly 30 years of Broadband Network construction experience. During the last 20 years, Mr. Giesy has owned and operated Line Tech, Inc., a private Telecom Service Company throught the United States providing Broadband and Outside Plant contruction, design, mapping, engineering, system audits, residential installations, MDU construction, interconnect and CLEC Network construction. Mr. Giesy's customer list includes AT&T, Comcast, TCI, Time Warner and WideOpenWest, as well as other telecommunications service providers.
G.E. (Bud) Dodson III (50), Vice President, Telecom and Data Division
Mr. Dodson has nearly 30 years of Telecom experience beginning his career with GTE. From 1978-2000, Mr. Dodson has operated independently serving primarily as Senior Engineer and Owner/General Manager of D&D project management and installation of structured cabling systems.
