As low as 35/8 sounds, it is better than the $13 an hour Bruister offered us veteran techs to take their vans.
The way I figured it was that I did an average of 3, 3 box installs per day 6 days a week. Which comes out to $153 per day. At $13 per hour with the hour limit in effect, you get a wopping $103 maximum per day.
At least they are rewarding productivity by paying piece rate.
