most guy's can't.
they've been starving for work for so long they have to take it or leave the industry.
and in some places there isn't much else for them to do.
and these contract holders know this.that's why they pay what they pay.there are some who actualy try to pay descent wages but then get cut.
if you look around you'll see IC's popping up and falling down all over the place. is it just coincidental?
