Don't you think the reason they were using 28guage shotguns is to make the sport more challenging. Need to use a small guage shotgun so you can prove your skill at spotting the bird and pulling down on the bird. Compare a 12 guage to a 410.....with one it is not a challenge to hit something...(12 guage) with the other you better be a good shot....(410).
