As long as the government continues to hand them a free living, the welfare recipients will continue to abuse the system. As for your comment about White people making up the majority of welfare, I would think so since we are still 70% of the US population. Now, if you want to compare the recipient rates on a per capita basis, you will lose your argument. If you don't think hispanics are using welfare, then you need to get down to a welfare office in California or Texas and see for yourself. Anything else is delusional.
