Uncorreced blks means digital breakup(tiling) there are to many errors for error correction
Corrected bytes means tiling and to many errors for error correction
If you see digital break up and SNR good, Mer good with no Pre/Post errors it could be the source of the programming. Your head end could be getting digital breakup off the Satellite Receiver.
