Firstly, it would be nice if you identified yourself since you apparently know me and you seem to be familiar with Larry as well.
Larry is doing a good job; he had a lot to overcome in that office.
Invoicing is decent, quality is up and TWC escalations are way down as he eliminates false billers and scammers in general and holds techs and supervisors alike to task.
I'm not physically at the office so I'm sure things happen everyday that would make me cringe, but that's the nature of having managers who run offices FOR you; they often do things differently than YOU would. But as long as accomplish the global goals of the company, you have to let them develop their own style.
