Nah, I have not made enemies here. It's simply 20 + minutes hold time before you even get through to somebody. I'm on a 1st name basis with most of the dispatchers I talk to. It's simply not enough people handling way too much territory in the phone dept. of this particular service provider.
Therer have been times when myself and all the other installers have had hold times of an hour or more on a regular basis.
