I have an idea. Why not eliminate all entitlements, like welfare, unemployment, workers comp. FEMA hotel rooms, etc. for everyone. Then you don't have to worry about whether someone is Illegal or not. Almost all of the people that come to our country are just looking for a better life for themselves and their families, just like almost everyone who has ever came here. Since almost everyone on these programs is scamming anyway it will save the government (taxpayers) a ton of $.
