Thanks for sharing that , that was a great story of a great mind at work. Some people are truly great and gifted people of vision. I remember building a fiber run outside of Fitzgerald Ga in the late 80's for GTE, they said it was the first in their network and as a telco lineman the construction practice was new too,(jigging and breakaways! unheard of in telco aerial construction)but once we got the hang of it we had it. I remember the day like it was yesterday we lashed 13,000ft that day off hooks 3 linemen 2 grunts a foreman and about 6 nervous panicking inspectors! I think Springsteen said it best, Glory Days they'll pass us by.........
