13/hr is the norm for cable employees. Thats what Comcast is paying here. They got about garages that voted a union and they get 23/hr, but all the rest get 13/hr.
I like to make the comparisons of what people doing similar work recieve for wages. I showed telecom techs making 30/hr and telco operators and clerks making $18 - $22 an hour. Lets take a look at ADT installers. Wages are near the end.
