The problem is vonage is a self installation setup. To my knowledge, unless the customer goes straight through the cable company and pays twice as much per month, then there is no installation. Just a nice little manual and you know how everyone loves to read those manuals. Heck, a fraction of service calls would be omitted if the customer read the manual.
