The Carl Icahn (Shareholder) plan to split Time Warner:
*Online Division (AOL)
*Content (CNN, HBO, Warner Bros)
*Publishing (Time, People, Ect.)
*Cable (Time Warner Cable)
All this to up stock pricings, increase value in each service and ease shareholder demands.....and maybe a bid to oust current CEO Dick Parsons.
All speculation at this point.....nothing firm yet.
