Eagle Digital Services has their 'cons'. To begin, Eagle seems to have an issue keeping techs around. Not sure why though? Wether it be not being able to maintain a "STEADY" work schedule or the workload that is routed to the Techs. I have come to understand that the management could have a big role with these issues. Needless to say the position filled seems to be young and somewhat inexperienced in the field. I also understand they have a short fused field supervisor that besides his rashness and mood swings, he still manages to act before considering the consequenses. In addition, managements relationship between techs is virtually non-existant on a professional level, but merely a buddy-to-buddy structure?
