Ahhh! cabling 101 at it's finest. Honestly ? I see that ****e all the time in the field, and worse.
Today I saw aerial 6 w/messenger (I know redundent) tied to the house with the messenger, but the (tech) got lazy at the pole and used the old rusted pigtail that was hanging there from the 59 drop that was once there many moons ago.
