I am also seeing this issue. I have never installed the new 5LNB that works with H-20,but have been asked by several of my customers neighbors to come look at theirs. Its all the same. H-20 transponders 1 & 2 71% & 69% on the 101. Put a standard IRD in the same location 92% & 90%.
Ive been hearing that you may need to use solid copper cable for these receiver to work properly. I ran into 1 guy that was PISSED at DTV. Couple weeks ago he had a bunch of friends over for the Bears play-off game. Weather was little bad and picture was freezing on him. HE WAS PISSED.
