Why would a company be so greedy as to take almost 50% of what they get paid to line their own pockets. If MASTEC thinks that their support is that terrific that it should cost the contractors this much they are ridiculous.
It is now time for MASTEC to support to the level of pay they are taking from the contracting companies. We as companies will no longer have dispatch, technician supervisors or QC personnel to be able to stay in business. When a tech is in trouble in the field a supervisor from MASTEC will need to be dispatched.
We as contractors need pictures for every charge back issued with written details and notice when on sight of a possible charge back real time to allow for the company to correct.
