Actually it's for a in house position payed piece work with benefits.
Not having to worry about the tax man and mandatory Saturdays. I did installs as a 1099 for 15 years and this seems like a decent transition still chasing wire with out the customer contact, other than the job super. Have you ever heard of Ranger American?
