This is my opinion so take it as you want. I live and work in the upstate of S.C. I haven't heard anything bad about him but I have about the company he works and/or subs for. I talked to them two separate times about work but I didn't get a good feeling so I went to work for another contractor. They didn't want to sign a contract or put in writing any type of payment time frame. Also they wanted to take out a % of my check for GL/WC even know I already had more coverage than they did. I don't know this to be a fact but from the outside looking in it seems as if Telstar is treating him as a inhouse supervisor/drop sub. He is Telstar's drop contact per their web site. Before he came in the area Telstar's drop and bore prices were 20% higher. Like I said before I haven't heard anything bad about Terry just the company he works/subs for.
