My suggestion, DTV has recommended that this dish not be roof or eave mounted at all, speaking with their engineers about it, it was put to us this way, if the dish moves 1/16th of an inch, the KA band will be lost, pole mounts are he way to go here, hell a house moves more than that with the temperature changes in the north. You may not see the loss at this time but wait until all the transponders are up and running, you will.
