They had some recent layoffs I believe. Heard they were having cash flow issues last year - which means no payments. We had a tough time getting paid (I'd be bankrupt right now because of them if I didn't have other projects in the works). We did end up getting paid in full, but it took a while. Very difficult to get a hold of people, too. Not sure if it was a overall management issue or just a problem with the office we worked out of.
