I'm sorry 10-15 minutes added on? I work for an HSP out here in california and it takes longer than that if you are setting the dish up right. The 99 satellite is up and running... not very sommthly, but if the transponders are checked you will get a reading if the dish is pointed right. The dish is a very persice dish. Sounds to me like if it takes an extra 10-15 minutes the dithering is not being done. anyways i really dislike those dishes. so in march there gonna have the 103 up and running i hope? it sucks installing the dish and relie on getting the 99 sat to work and hit 100 percent signal on only one transponder and the rest 0. Because than you never know how persice you are. Sorry one more correction dish weighs 33lbs. I know here in cali i belive they are only allowing the HSP to do the KA/KU upgrades.
