2 other guys and myself have been burned by charlie and doug.They owe us about 10k in hurricane relief work done.Stating that they have not been payed by J&J Tech.We told them that it wasn't our problem and that is why you have reserves when you start a business in this industy just for this situation.They say they are going to pay but who knows.best advice I have for you is put a warrant out for there arrest for theft by deception and none payment of invoice;and also put leins on there props.Send a direct letter to the hsp and they want receive work in the future.
