Opie. DSI in Az wont allow you in to the cert program unless you're a one of their major purchasers. If you went through an organization doing biz with dsi they may have your cert. Told them i'd give them the 200 bucks to join the program and was told unless the corp i was getting work through was one of their clients i couldn't independantly pay the dough and take the program.
