Just kidding. Slander has to affect your pocket book or potential pocket book resulting from said/spoken information. But then again...Freedom of speech is at work here also. If you were affected by such statements either by loss of monies or loss of potential monies(ie:job interviews, Faulty employee evaluations, etc.etc). And on top of all this you have to have a witness. Slander is one of the most hard pressed to get legal recourse from due to freedom of speech. And remember that it's a two way street.
