Any details yet on the basics?

What weekend? Any start and end date?
Where? What location of town? Preferred hotels?

Being that I would be flying in, I'd rather take a taxi ride to the party location (guessing it's gonna be at a hotel or convention space close to a hotel) and book a hotel room close to the event.

One thing I've learned here in Vegas is "Keep your hotel room close to where all your drinking will be done."

Shuttles, Taxis, Limos, and bumming rides beats the hell out of the hassle of a rental car ;-)

The big thing to know is the "WHEN" part. The time to book flights is upon us.
