Yeah ! depending on the state, take the checks to your bank for deposit and after the 2nd time they bounce bring them into his bank and pay the fee to have them stamped "refer to maker" and then bring them into your local state police office or sherrifs dept and say you want to press charges. Here in NY tendering a check without sufficient funds to cover it can get you locked up.
